What to Expect


At Mercom, we understand that every project is different - meaning that there is no "one size fits all" approach to what we're doing. We treat every business partner as unique because that's exactly what they are.


Having said that, projects are fully customizable and may involve elements including but not limited to the following:


  • The Mercom team will receive all necessary equipment in our warehouse, at which point we  may asset tag everything.
  • We will test the equipment for any DOA hardware. 
  • We'll load  your software and configure security protocols on  each device, at which point it will be tested again.
  • If necessary, the device can be configured to the precise location it is being sent to.
  • Mercom will then re-package all equipment and ship it directly to your field location.
  • We'll also provide you with regular, often daily, reports on what has shipped and when you can expect to receive it in your hands.
